About the event
Enjoy a cup of tea while we get to know each other and chat a bit about our personal meditation journeys. We will get started around 6:30 with a guided body scan then a guided meditation followed by a period of quiet mediation. Please bring your favorite mediation prop. If you are new to meditation you may decide to bring a blanket or pillow. We will have chairs available to use as this is a great way to start with meditation.
